Terms and Conditions
Welcome to MyTaste.store, operated by Al Gazzaz Co. for Trading. These terms govern the use of our store and purchases of the coffee products and cups offered through it. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Payment Information, and Returns, Exchanges and Order Cancellation Policy.
These terms do not limit your consumer rights under the applicable laws of Saudi Arabia.
Store Use and Customer Accounts
Please provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order, including your name, contact number and delivery address.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Please notify us ly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
If a user is under 18, purchases must be made by a parent or guardian, or with their consent and supervision.
The store must not be used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes or in a way that harms the store or others.
Products and Product Information
Please review the product deion, weight, size, type and selected quantity before ordering, including whether the coffee is whole bean or ground, according to the available options.
Image colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings. This does not affect our obligation to supply products matching their advertised deions and specifications.
Please follow the storage and expiry instructions on coffee packaging and the care and usage instructions provided for cups.
Prices and Payment
Displayed prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT. Delivery charges, any applicable additional charges and the total amount are displayed before purchase confirmation.
You can view payment options on our Shipping and Payment page. The methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Please review your order details and total before confirming the purchase and agreeing to pay.
The prices and offers displayed when an order is placed apply to that order. Later changes do not affect confirmed orders.
If we discover an unintended pricing or product-deion error before dispatch, we will contact you to explain the correction. We will not collect an additional payment or change the product without your agreement. You may accept the correction or cancel and receive a refund of the amounts paid, without charges arising from the error.
If an ordered product is unavailable, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for it. We will not substitute another product without your agreement.
Shipping and Delivery
Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout according to your address and selected delivery option. You can also view shipping options on our Shipping and Payment page.
Please ensure your address and contact number are correct and that you or someone you have authorised is available to receive the order.
A signature, verification code or other proof of delivery may be required. Proof of delivery confirms receipt but does not remove your right to report missing, damaged, faulty or incorrect products.
If delivery cannot be completed because we cannot reach you or the address details are incorrect, we will contact you to coordinate the next steps. Redelivery or return charges will apply only where previously disclosed and permitted by law.
We will notify you of any expected delay that materially affects delivery. Your statutory rights concerning delays, cancellation and refunds remain protected.
Returns, Exchanges and Order Cancellation
Returns, exchanges and cancellations are governed by the Returns, Exchanges and Order Cancellation Policy published in our store. It explains product eligibility, time limits, charges, how to submit a request and refund procedures.
The unopened and unused conditions do not apply where a defect could only reasonably be discovered after opening the product or using it normally.
Privacy and Personal Data
We process personal data according to applicable laws and the Privacy Policy published in our store.
We may share necessary data with store operation, payment and delivery providers to fulfil orders, or with competent authorities where required by law, subject to applicable legal grounds and safeguards.

Intellectual Property
Rights in the store’s content, images, designs, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners or authorised licensees. They must not be copied or used commercially without permission from the rights holder.
Governing Law and Changes to These Terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi authorities and courts.
We may update these terms. Updates apply to orders placed after publication. Earlier orders remain subject to the terms applicable when they were placed, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
